As a top manufacturer, Zhongyun has devoted itself to developing new technology on machinery and electricity for many years, acting in close cooperation with China Science and Research Institute, Beijing Chemical Industry University and Hsinghua University. There are more than ten advanced key technologies and 30 patents developed in Zhongyun. Many awards were conferred for the technologies and extrusion lines for PE/PP/PVC Corrugated Pipe, Al-plastics Composite Pipe, PP-R Pipe, One Step PEX Pipe and UHMW-PE Pipe.
In the recent years, plastic piping with big diameters has been popularized in the drainage and sewerage along with the enhancing support of policies on environment protection and water saving. The extrusion lines for PE/PP/PVC Double Wall Corrugated Pipe and PE Steel Spiral Corrugated Pipe are new research achievements in Zhongyun. The new products especially for the extrusion lines for PE/PP/PVC-500, 1000, 1500 Double Wall Corrugated Pipe, combining Chinese and international advanced technology.
Through consummating and innovating continuously, zhongyun obtained over 20 patent items. This reaches or exceeds standards in machinery structure and technical specifications for the same imported lines, making Zhongyun a dominant player with the highest market shares in the industry. It is sold well in more than twenty countries, such as Russia, Japan, Iran, Iraq, Romania, Ukraine and so on.
Zhongyun Group itself developed a series of the wind generators in which there are three different kinds and 22 types with capacity range from 100 W to 4.2MW. Three speed regulating modes are auto side offset, driving offset navigation and changeable turbine pitch that realize two working ways of off-net and off-on net. The wind generator is the hi-tech product with many patents, firstly adopting the advanced technologies up to international standard, such as PM direct driving, constant
frequency and voltage and changeable turbine pitch and it is the wind generator item supported by the Bank of World and the Development and Reformation Committee of the State. The product has the outstanding features of low starting speed, wide using wind frequency, high power generating efficiency, easy operation, safety running and high reliability, widely used in mountains, prairies, deserts, islands, beaches and situations of communication and military.

We import advanced 5 tons—500 tons die casting equipment, which adopts advanced die casting mode of production. The products are exported to many countries and areas, such as America, Europe and Japan. The annual output of die casting mould is more than 10,000 sets. We establish a delicacy processing plant and import sophisticated machine from professional processing center such as America and German. Weifang Zhongyun Co., Ltd has occupied a domestic leading. It covers all over the world and includes large machine equipment, processing spare parts, raw material and other industrial products. The area of the building is over 50,000 square meters and the storage is more than 100,000 square meters.
