The extrusion line for PE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe is a new research achievement in Zhongyun in the plastic extrusion field. The production of the pipe by direct extrusion is highly efficient and reliable. Because of the excellent design of wall construction, the pipe can ensure the lightest weight in comparison with other constructions. This means the cost of the pipe can be decreased greatly and the pipe's competitive ability can be increased. It is widely used both at home and abroad as it is an easy and reliable coupling without any complex fitting, and replaces the concrete pipe and cast iron pipe. In China, PE double wall corrugated piping is being used extensively to ensure the development of environmental protection during networking of water and sewerage.

The corrugated pipe corrugators of Zhongyun Company is divided into both Vertical structure (for pipe under ID800mm) and Horizontal structure(for pipe over ID800mm).
★A high speed of production can be ensured by the corrugated forming system and forced cooling system combined with water and air cooling during constant production．
★The cast mould blocks are made from special alloy for high precision and strength and excellent radiation effect. 
★ The newly-designed orbit of mold blocks reduces the friction of mold blocks to the minimum, greatly improves the stability and reliability of running mold blocks. And the friction of sliding bases and orbit and the friction during mold blocks are opening is to the minimum.
★The forming machine is with power-off protection function. If the power is cut off suddenly, the forming machine will backward automatically, and be away from die head. The new gearbox with large transmission ratio doesn’t need manual operation, easy operation and maintenance.

Solutions of double layer socket
Zhongyun Company has pushed out second generation solutions for double layer socket of double wall corrugated pipe. This solution not only gets a high rate of finished product, but also does not influence the production rate, even a bit. The rate of finished product, production speed and raw material which made the production of PE double wall corrugated pipe’s double layer socket in line achieves the standard that used to be achieved by former single layer socket, effectively advance the market competition of customer’s pipe products.

It adopts efficient screw and notched barrel, the inner and outer walls are separately extruded by two extruders for using different materials and ensuring efficient extruding．

The advanced inline double wall belling function can reach or exceed the requirement of the state standard, completely solving disadvantages of the pipe’s creep and leakage of sealing in sockets.
Co-extrusion die with special structure makes the inner and outer walls even and steeples adjustable, and forming stable.
A professional PCC (B&R, Austria) control system is adopted with 15" touched color screen for high automation, reliable running and easy operation.
It adopts a quick changing system for the mould blocks.
The optimum design of crest provides a perfect combination of higher ring stiffness and lower unit weight.
Long-distance communicative function can realize Tele-diagnosis and maintenance.
