 The extrusion line for PE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe is a new research achievement in Zhongyun in the plastic extrusion field. The production of the pipe by direct extrusion is highly efficient and reliable. Because of the excellent design of wall construction, the pipe can ensure the lightest weight in comparison with other constructions. This means the cost of the pipe can be decreased greatly and the pipe's competitive ability can be increased. It is widely used both at home and abroad as it is an easy and reliable coupling without any complex fitting, and replaces the concrete pipe and cast iron pipe. In China, PE double wall corrugated piping is being used extensively to ensure the development of environmental protection during networking of water and sewerage.
 ● It adopts efficient screw and notched barrel, the inner and outer walls are separately extruded by two extruders for using different materials and ensuring efficient extruding.
● A high speed of production can be ensured by the corrugated forming system and forced cooling system combined with water and air cooling during constant production.The advanced programmable lubricating system decreases abrasion of mould blocks to a minimum while lengthening their lifespan and ensuring running precision and stable quality.
● The advanced inline double wall belling function can reach or exceed the requirement of the state standard, completely solving disadvantages of the pipe’s creep and leakage of sealing in sockets.
● Co-extrusion die with special structure makes the inner and outer walls even and stepless adjustable , and forming stable .

 ● It adopts the PE efficient screw, notched barrel and forced cooling mandrel. The conveying capacity is improved greatly to ensure efficient extruding. It is equipped with a vertical reducer with high torque and is driven by DC motor.
● The basket co-die is suitable for polyolefin’s not only ensuring high speed stable extrusion and realizing the smallest stress brought by low melt temperature and highest pipe quality.
● It adopts efficient vacuum calibrating technology with two cavities, and spray cooling flume in order to increase the finished product rate and meet requirements of production for high speed.

(1) Light weight, high ring stiffness, low cost, with strong market competitive power. Under the same diameter and ring stiffness, the lightest weight per meter can be obtained for the pipe over 800 mm of diameter and materials can be cut down by 20%-60% in comparison with those of the hollow winded pipe, the moulding ribs winded pipe and the double wall corrugated pipe.
(2) Easy and reliable connecting, by thermo-melt coupling (for the purposes of drainage, sewerage and ventilation) or thermo-shrinking film, or outer half-block with sealing rings.
(3) Excellent low temperature resistance, being installed between -60℃~ 60℃.
(4) High complete strength, bearing large axial tensile force and circumferential ring stress.
(5) Good soil adaptability. It has a good adaptability without breaking for resisting earth settlement and movement because of high coefficient at rupture which is up to 500%.
(6) Excellent flowing performance. The flow is bigger than that in cement pipe under the same diameter because of the small flow resistance.
(7) Excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Its life is longer than that of the cement pipe.
(8) Being green product for environmental protection, without any pollution.

● The strip pitch can be easily adjusted by a pitch mechanism so as to achieve the best ring stiffness and the lowest unit weight.
● The forming and bending of the strip and forming of the composite pipe is synchronically controlled by PCC control system, avoiding disadvantages of pulling off, piling up and breaking of the strip during forming, ensuring 100% of the finished product rate. ● A special composition device makes the forming of the spiral strip and inner pipe stable, with adjusting function both for inner and outer wall thickness.

● It adopts a famous PCC (B&R, Autria) programmable control system with the function of intelligent memory for 99 sets of stored data. It can not only run the whole line synchronously, but realize the adjustment of single machine. It is equipped with a man-machine interface, the central IPC and 15” touched screen. It is operated easily and flexibly with international advanced automation.
● The Al-plastic pipe is formed by argon arc butt welding with a flat welding seam and good quality. An imported famous brand welder is equipped. The welding current ensures the welding precision of Al-plastic pipe and the rate of qualified pipe.
● It adopts a special high frequency induction heating system for Al-plastic pipe with energy saving and high efficiency. It also ensures the adhesive quality of the pipe. The production speed is improved in 3-5 times in comparison with that of the electrical heating or flame heating device.
● The imported far-infrared inspector monitors temperature of the pipe all the way, and ensures the adhesive strength.
● The advanced laser device for diameter measuring realizes the loop control, connecting with the control system.
● The imported jet printer and the intelligent eddy current flaw detector are connected with PCC, printing the setting contents and marks automatically with the sound and light alarm and the defect recorder.
● The extrusion line can be changed into two lines for PEX, PE or PP-R pipe by replacing relative parts. It can be used to produce the coaxial TV cable so as to enhance the market competitive power.

● The machine adopts a patent reaction extruder with four zones, and it simplifies two step process into one step. There is no strict time limitation for materials.
● The reaction die with patent is specially treated in the flow channel to ensure efficient reaction extrusion.
● A special PEX vacuum calibrating system can meet requirements for high speed production.
● The resin and crosslinking agents are fed into the die at the same time. This not only ensures the stability of graft reaction and extrusion, but easily controls the process with good performance and price. The cost of raw materials can be cut down by 40% in comparison with that of the two step process.
● Adopting a PCC (B&R, Austria) control system, it reaches not only fully automatic production, but more reliable and stable running.
● Long-distance communicative function can realize tele-diagnosis and maintenance.
